Made-to-Order Items

All posters sold by studio BOEGS are made to order and produced specifically once a purchase is confirmed.

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.

For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once they have been placed, except in cases of damage or defects.

Original Paintings

Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works.
Due to their unique nature, all sales of original paintings are final, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 7 days after delivery by emailing studioboegs@gmail.com.

Please include:

1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Clear photographs of the damage or defect

We will carefully review your request and arrange either a free replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
